Buzzing Cave
Alan Cressler, Brandon Stephens, Jeff Moore
I got to the entrance first and went in about 50’ before turning back for my kneepads. The flies were really thick and loud for a short section of cave. Jeff and I came back in together. The rock at the entrance is really neat! From there you crawl up a slope and into a small room. The walls were awesome! They were very fluted and had many projections. From here the passage split into two parallel crawls. After a bit of crawling we emerged into a tight walking canyon that ended after about 100’. The rock walls throughout the cave were very textured, fluted, and contained neat, flaky projections. While Jeff and I were in the cave Brandon toured about 50’ before he saw enough. Alan ran back up the slope to do the cave too. I took pictures while Jeff and Alan did the cave.
