Bonita Beach |

I wanted to visit at least one more beach despite the deteriorating weather and diminishing light. I found a small access point to Bonita Beach and again saw a huge flock of birds circling the water. They were already admired by a couple so I continued down the beach looking for shells. When I returned with pockets a little heavier, the birds had broken up. I remained among the deserted homes, shells, and sand a few minutes longer before driving off passing a questionable character on my way out. The front door opened and Aunt Martha seemed happy to see me. I quickly made myself at home and gratefully accepted an invitation to dine with them. Later, I had the best Salmon I’ve had in a long time. Aunt Martha said she marinated it with olive oil, lemon juice, and soy sauce – Mmmmmm. I fixed some computer problems for them and later read. I’d made the right decision returning to Aunt Martha’s. |
