Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center

I woke up this morning and drove to the Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center. As I neared where I thought it should be, I called for directions. A few minutes later I arrived and began touring the trails. I walked the Eagle Point Trail and the Flatwoods Trail. I didn’t see much wildlife but did learn the difference between Red and White Mangroves. The weather was marginal. It was rather cloudy and not that warm. I stopped by the nature center where they were renovating and almost left my Nalgene there.
