Scottsboro Mountain

I left for TAG after work on Thursday.  I forgot to stop by the library so I ended up just listening to music the entire way down (I like listening to books on CD).  I encountered a traffic jam just north of the exit for Franklin Kentucky.  I decided to bypass the traffic jam by going through Franklin and down 31 back to I-65.  I’m not sure it saved me any time but I wasn’t stuck in traffic.  I was rather pissed because I was tired around 12:00 AM EDT and needed to pull over a take a nap.  I probably slept for an hour waking up 2-3 times thinking I was about to die and grabbing my steering wheel which doesn’t make much sense since I’ve never fallen asleep at the wheel.  I need to start sleeping in the passenger seat.  Anyway, I drove the rest of the way to Scottsboro mountain and went to bed around 2:30 AM EDT.  The temperature was perfect on top of the mountain.  It was 65.1 degrees Fahrenheit when I went to bed.  I actually slept inside my tent this time.
