Bridal Veil Falls

Brian:  The canyon we entered to reach Bridal Veil Falls was very scenic.  I especially liked the eroded rock walls.  We parked in Bridal Veil Falls past some no nothing signs and hiked to the scenic and rather crowded falls.  I photographed Kyle and Erin below the falls.  My right eye was much blurrier than normal after that picture.  As dusk fell, we retreated to our vehicle and drove to Subway where we ate like kings.  Then we drove to our campsite.

Brian:  We watched the temperature drop degree by degree until it finally steadied at 61 degrees Fahrenheit.  We passed the rangers trailer and found our campsite, # 28.  After paying, we set up camp next to a gurgling brook.  After modern bathroom visits, Kyle and Erin bunkered down for the night.  I stayed up and photographed our campsite and watched the moon crest the mountain behind us.  I once again slept under the stars a little more fearful of bears this time.  It was 50 degrees Fahrenheit when we woke up in the morning.
