Canyon Village Campsite

Erin:  It was freezing.  Brandon concurs.

Kyle:  We arrived at our very small campsite at 10:00 PM.  The We cooked our food as quickly as possible, ate, and enjoyed our boxed wire before going to sleep in the cold night.

Brandon:  While others cooked, I successfully cut down a tree with a pocket knife.  I ran the unburnt branches to our neighbors site the next morning.  The fire attempt would have gone well had we not ran out of kindling.  I cooked a delectable meal for Kyle.  Kyle likes butter noodles and chicken.

Brian:  It was 36 degrees Fahrenheit when we arrived.  I immediately dawned 2 midweight, synthetic tops, fleece jacket, and Goretex shell.  Even with all that on it was still cold.  After the failed fire attempt and dinner we went to bed.  I slept well and only removed my Goretex shell when I slid into my sleeping bag.

Kyle:  Brandon made early morning commands raid transporting his cut down tree to another site.  Our tents frost on them and we were cold.  Brandon discovered a new use for the hand dryer, pants warmer, in the bath room.
