Brandon Shower Interlude

Brian:  Back at camp, Erin had left the three of use to wash up in the bathroom.  Expectably, we soon began amusing ourselves.  Brandon was taking a Nalgene bath.  After asking if he always showered in socks and boxers, Brandon asked if we'd be kind enough to dump the 6 gallon water container on him.  I just couldn't pass that up.  I lifted the cold and heavy container above my head and began drenching Brandon with icy water.  Brandon immediately began to shutter and Kyle and I began laughing.  Kyle helped out by yelling "get him down there" and "get him on the ass."  I adjusted the stream of water and Kyle and I were balling with laughter.  Afterwards, we all laughed wondering what the neighbors thought of us.  Brandon was a clean man once again (except for his soapy pits).  Erin was glad to have disassociated herself from us.

Mangy Moose

Brandon:  Upon my arrival in Jackson Hole, I used colorful adjectives to describe the town.  It's way over done.  Kari was upset by my opinion of Jackson Hole.  We entered the Mangy Moose and found a table with a very nice view.  The stuff added to the view.  I ordered a Snake River Dark Ale to go with my half rack of Ribs.  A green eyed moose over looks a seating area giving the impression the devil is present.  After a couple beers, we went down to the gift shop where I purchased a shirt for Kari.  The shirt read, "Geten Loose at the Mangy Moose."

Kyle:  I had a burger.  It was good.  The Mangy Moose was a nice change of pace.

Brian:  We finished the NASCAR race in first and soon arrive at the "MM."  After negotiating the MM complex, we arrived at the restaurant.  The MM has a rather rustic atmosphere.  The interior is heavily decorated with everything from stuffed moose to a person falling out of an open casket.  I had fresh Idaho trout with rice, a salad from the salad bar, a Snake River Laager, and really good wheat rolls.  After dinner, we hung around the moose and filled out the Captain's Blog.

Erin:  It was good.  It was cold.  They had some strange things hanging down from the ceiling.  Whatever that chair was and the casket with the leg hanging out of it.  The food was good.  I had a Caesar salad.

We camped at Jenny Lake Village Campground.  After MM, we drove back there and went to bed.
